  • Lessons at school/studio: $25/half-hour; $50/hour

  • Lessons at Your Home: $35/half-hour; $60/hour (may vary depending on distance)

  • Group Lessons: $25/half-hour (for two)--add $5/additional student

The two boys you see below are twins I taught for about 2.5 years. Their very first time picking up the horn and playing was our first lesson. They are both 11-years old, and had a very successful and well-received performance at Indiana University of PA's Community Music School recital. Bravo!

lesson payment

Lesson tuition is paid on a monthly basis. I request to be paid for the full month at the first lesson of the month. This payment guarantees four (or in some cases, five) lessons within that month*. Payments can be made via check, Venmo, or PayPal. If paying by check, please write to John Kenneth Gorder with your child’s name in the “memo”.
